Shipping is free for orders over $75 before taxes anywhere in Canada. International sales, including United States orders, are not included and a standard fee will be charged. Ekim Fashion is not responsible for mail delays that may affect expected delivery times.

Local online orders within 100 km of the store are subject to our standard seven (7) day return policy for exchange or store credit. Items must be regular priced, unworn, unwashed, and have the original sales tags attached. Any item received by mail that does not qualify for return will be considered abandoned by the sender. Delicate items, sale items, jewellery, footwear, swimwear, undergarments, and international sales are final sale.

Online orders outside of the 100 km range that were regular priced items and shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX, or another third-party provider may be returned within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date for exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original sales tags attached. Customers must email ekimfashion@eastlink.ca with the subject 'Return' and include a legible photo of the original return shipping receipt containing the tracking number. The cost and insurance of the return shipment are the responsibility of the sender. Any item received that does not qualify for return will be considered abandoned by the sender. Delicate items, sale items, jewellery, footwear, swimwear, undergarments, and international sales are final sale.
