I was pretty impressed with Gail’s skills. I was in desperate need of a new wardrobe and to be honest, I’m terrible at fashion, nor did I know what size I wear. I walked in and said “I need a new outfit, I don’t know what and I don’t know what size”. 😂 She looked at me and immediately knew what would suit my body type and picked out an outfit. I was pretty skeptical but sure enough when I went and changed into the jeans and blouse, they looked amazing and fit PERFECTLY! Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over $75 (before taxes) anywhere in Canada. International sales are not included and a standard fee will be charged. (ex United States). Ekim Fashion is not responsible for mail delays that might effect expected delivery times.

Local Online Orders and Returns

Local online orders (within 100km of the store) will be subject to our standard seven (7) day return policy, for exchange or store credit provided it was a regular priced item, unworn, unwashed, and the original sales tags are still attached. Any item received by mail for return that does not qualify to be returned will be considered abandoned by the sender. Delicate items, sale items, jewellery, footwear, swim wear or under garments and international sales are final sale.

National and International Orders and Returns

Online orders outside of the 100km range of the store that were regular priced items shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX or any other third party provider, may be returned to the store, using normal shipping (Canada Post Prepay Packaging), for exchange or store credit, within fourteen (14) days of original purchase, if unworn, unwashed, and with the original sales tags still attached. Returned within the first 7 days, return shipping will be free (To be reimbursed for the return, customer must email us at ekimfashion@eastlink.ca, using subject "Return" with a legible picture of the original return shipping receipt, containing the cost and tracking number. Any insurance on the package, will be the responsibility of the sender) Any item received by mail for return that does not qualify to be returned will be considered abandoned by the sender and no reimbursement will be issued. Delicate items, sale items, jewellery, footwear, swim wear or under garments and international sales are final sale.
