Local online orders (within 100km of the store) will be subject to our standard seven (7) day return policy, for exchange or store credit provided it was a regular priced item, unworn, unwashed, and the original sales tags are still attached. Any item received by mail for return that does not qualify to be returned will be considered abandoned by the sender. Delicate items, sale items, jewellery, footwear, swim wear or under garments and international sales are final sale.
Online orders outside of the 100km range of the store that were regular priced items shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX or any other third party provider, may be returned to the store, using standard shipping (Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX) for exchange or store credit, within fourteen (14) days of original purchase date, if unworn, unwashed, and with the original sales tags still attached. Customers must email us at ekimfashion@eastlink.ca, using subject "Return" with a legible picture of the original return shipping receipt, containing the tracking number.
